I don’t think I can rate this one yet, as I generally don’t rate VNs until I get a general idea of what they’re about. In other words, I haven’t gotten any indication of an answer to the question: “By the end of the story, what will the characters have accomplished?” Of course, I expect this to be answered in upcoming chapters, but I think you should have more indication of where this story is actually going.
Apart from that, the main character seems quite passive. Most of what he says is just reacting to things, and not always in very interesting ways. I would think that, being a former ninja, Tao would have a more unique point of view. What are his skills, for example? And how does being a former ninja affect his perspective on what’s going on around him? Because at the moment, most of his commentary centers on the fact that he comes from a lower class than his new family. Again, I do expect this to be remedied in upcoming chapters, but you should consider giving Tao a stronger sense of personality.
Still though, from what I’ve seen of this VN, I do consider it one to watch, and I wish you luck in upcoming chapters.

I am working on it. The vision i had that because of the circumstance Tao want to make a good impression and also to make his family happy to act in the way they want him to be, but it seem with background people expect him to behave in a certain set way. I can understand that. Right know i trying my best with the help of the editor to make him less passive and make him standing his ground as moral and point of view are clashing and also going back to the prologue to fix an issue aswell.
As for where it going, the MC trying to find his purpose and trying to find out who he really is. While dealing with his inner troubles.
Which in the upcoming chapter will be adress. Also in prolouge i plan to add a few more scene to make more sense for Tao character i realize my mistake not establish fully in depth. Which a character that i planed before to appeare later to make a apprence in the prolouge who is also very important to Tao past.
I also always looking for feedback and people who like to help.

I think there's a problem cuz I can't see the head of Tao/Yu's head whenever he speaks. Unlike the given pictures above where his head shows whenever he speaks his dialogue, mine doesnt...im using android btw heh
I will look into it, The andorid version is playbale but need some more looking into it, which i still look for someone who knows and can help me with it.

But i notice that the file are sepreat from the developlog. Means you still had the old broken one. I change that.
Try redowload it and it should be good now.
Incredible from the little I saw of the demo I was fascinated and wanting more. N By Note that in the Android version the backpack/bag sometimes took up a large part of where the text and cover goes sometimes
Hmm i see, i mean i do need to a little recoding of the inventory bag anyway i will look into it and see what can be done.

A new update should hopefully come out in 2 weeks roughly maybe faster we will see.
So it will be a big update for itcho since full prolouge pluse 1/3 of chapter 1 so that people can enjoy and get a better understanding where the story goes.
Do not worry patreaon and rest of chapter 1 is what i was told could be big as 2 avreage updates of other vn. Since i wrote 26k for chapter 1 and my editor will probly increase the number quite a bit as well so stay tune.
Just a fyi, I'm getting a error message 'No compatible downloads were found' when trying to install this on my pc.

So, To Find Yourself demo.
The demo is short but I can get the vibe it is going for and I do enjoy it, we don't get a lot of FVNs outside of USA or Medieval Europe so the world of Haikou do look fresh and unique. Another thing is the quality of the sprites is amazing, an nice balance of fan service and actual clothes and the
There an number of typos which can be easily fixed with an revision. The sprite when changing expressions needing to fade in and out sprites is a bit weird. The music looping does need to be adjusted for long stretches of dialogue so the music don't end and start again. Do keep in mind those things are not to be solved in haste but skills you can develop as you get more experienced with the VN making process.
All that being said I am excited to see how this project will develop and the story will flow, it's very rare to have an more mature and older cast so I do pray that your VN do flourish.

Yeah i start freshly and will polish it more and more.
Typos are my number 1 enemy i have an edtior that already did his job, so i need to look over if i typ it off correctly before i release the first update soon.
The sprites i will fix it, is easy enough.
For soundtrack i will then get a new one that is not silent at the start.
Is just hard to find something that add to the atmospher of the scene.
But i will try my hardest to make something people can enjoy. My editor is a great help
And i can not wait to show it everyone :3
